Privacy policy

Membership of a political party — or interest shown in one — is sensitive data. The processing described below is designed accordingly.

To be confirmed

Applicable legal framework

The reference framework for this site is Ivorian legislation on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI). The European General Data Protection Regulation is not the applicable text here, although the principles applied are largely compatible with it.

Prior formalities with ARTCI [declaration or authorisation reference — to be obtained] must be completed before the forms are actually put into service.
